Vizbar does not provide legal advice and does not replace a lawyer, accountant or qualified royalty auditor. Where a finding depends on disputed legal interpretation or access to underlying publisher records, professional review may be appropriate.

Information limits

Results depend on the completeness and accuracy of the information supplied. Vizbar cannot establish whether revenue has been omitted from source data it has not received.

No accusation of wrongdoing

A discrepancy or unresolved item means the supplied documents do not reconcile on the stated basis. It does not establish misconduct by a publisher or other party.

Customer responsibility

The customer remains responsible for decisions made on the basis of a Vizbar report, including whether to query the publisher or seek professional advice.
