Vizbar deals with commercially sensitive material. The rules for founding checks are deliberately simple and should be agreed before confidential documents are transferred.
Enquiries
If you use the contact form, Vizbar receives the details you submit so we can respond to your enquiry. Do not send confidential contracts or royalty statements through the first-contact form.
Confidential documents
For a Royalty Check, document-transfer method, access, retention and deletion are agreed with the studio before confidential material is supplied. Vizbar requests only the material needed to perform the agreed reconciliation.
Third-party tools
Vizbar may use third-party infrastructure and software to process business data. Provider choices and handling procedures are reviewed before confidential customer material is processed. We do not make blanket claims about encryption, training or data residency that have not been verified for the tools actually used.
Publication
Customer contracts, statements and findings are not published without explicit permission.
